"Clean" and "More" theme's logo removes all header information.

      Please test on both the "clean" and "more" themes.

      Instructions

      1. Log in as admin
      2. Add a logo for your current theme: site administration > appearance > themes > clean / more
      3. Confirm the logo only displays on the front page and login page:
        • Front page can be accessed by loading the root page when not logged in or by selecting "site home" ("home" on 28) in the navigation block.
        • Login page is accessed by logging out and clicking "login" on the top right of the nav bar.
      4. Confirm that the logo does not show when the site is in maintenance mode (it has a different pagelayout value set).
        • To set maintenance mode: site administration > server > maintenance mode

      Perhaps this is intended behaviour, but a few of us at Moodle HQ feel that removing the header information when inserting a logo is undesirable and that the logo in "Clean" and "More" should be investigated further.
