enrol_paypal: hide icon if enrolment is not available

      1. Enable paypal enrolment method for a course
      2. Make sure the PP icon appears in the list of of courses next to this course name
      3. Set the start date in future or end date in past
      4. Make sure the icon does not appear
      5. Add another instance of paypal method to the same course that is currently active
      6. Make sure the icon appears again

    Description

      The paypal enrolement icon is displayed in the course list regardless of the fact that the enrolment is available or not. There is no information that the enrolment is not yet open, or already closed.
