Visual representation of grades percent and range should be the same in RTL and LTR modes

    • Testing Instructions:

      1. Open user grade report when in RTL mode
      2. Make sure percent sign is displayed to the right side of the grade
      3. Make sure range is displayed as: left side - lower grade range, and right side - higher grade range (example: 0 - 100)
      4. Switching UI from RTL to LTR should not change the visual outlook of the grades in the tables. Percent sign should always be displayed to the right side of the grade

      Description

      When viewing user report in the course grade (administration block). Theme Clean & More.

      In Hebrew (and other RTL languages) we read the numbers from left to right so there is no need to invert the display, as we usually do in RTL mode.

      All marked grade elements in the attached screen capture should be set to : direction: ltr;
