Make grade overview report relevant for teachers and students

      My Grades / Overview page.

      1. Log in as a student that is not enrolled in any courses.
      2. Go to the user menu in the top right hand corner and click in 'My grades'
      3. Check that you see a message that says something like 'You are not enrolled in, nor teaching any courses on this site.'
      4. Log in as a teacher who is enrolled to teach in a course.
      5. Go to 'My grades' again. Check that there is information on courses that you are teaching. If you are enrolled as a student then you will also see a table with grades for those courses.
      6. Follow the link in the teaching section.
      7. You should now be directed to the last grade book page that you saw as that teacher.
      8. Log in as a student and make sure that you still see grades like you used to.

      Other miscellaneous fixes.

      1. Log in as the admin.
      2. Go to a course and then go to the gradebook.
      3. Go to the overview report and select a student.
      4. Check that the main header is not of a user.
      5. Go to a course and click on participants [Navigation  ► Current Course  ► {course name}

         ► Participants].

      6. Select a user. Go to their full profile.
      7. Click on 'Grades' in the navigation block.
      8. Check the that breadcrumb is [Home ► User ► {user name}

        ► Grades].

      9. Click on one of the courses.
      10. Check that the breadcrumb is now [Home ► Courses ► {Course name}

        ► Participants ►

        {User name}

        ► Grades].

    Description

      Overview report

      • Add additional table to the report for teachers who are grading.
      • If the course id is provided (and it's not the site id) Then the context header should use the course context.
      • When navigating to a users grades from the 'user' node in the navigation menu. The breadcrumb should change and not display 'my grades' when they are not my grades.

      User report
      If drilling down from the 'my grades' overview report, then the user report should stay in the user context. The breadcrumb should become [Home > Dashboard > My grades >

      {course}

      > user report].
