Navigate to each page under "Site pages". Report any inconsistent headers.

Navigate to pages under "Preferences", try either cancelling or submitting the form and check that the next page is "Preferences" again (note - editing profiles as admin user is a special case).

Verify the preferences node does not appear in the admin settings block.

Fix the following problems:

Check for permission to change 'preferences' and remove from the settings tree if not available.
Blog preferences and Badge preferences (strings in the preferences page), should be renamed to 'Blog preferences' and 'Badge preferences'.
After editing your profile, you should be directed back to the 'preferences' page.
The 'preferences' main header should be the user's name.
[Navigation > Site pages > Notes] The context_header should change when viewing another user (and not be yours).
All pages headers under [Navigation > Site pages] should be consistent. Currently they are all formatted differently.
