Testing Instructions:
1. Open overview report in gradebook and make sure course names are displayed as they are configured in $CFG->courselistshortnames (which is "fullname" by default)

Description

When viewing the Overview report, it is only possible to view the course shortname. The report should either include both or there should be setting to display shortname, fullname or both.
