Typo in code leading people to the wrong section on doc page

Very basic fix, nothing major. It was just bothering me.

1. The behat tool links the user to http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Acceptance_testing#Writting_features, instead of http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Acceptance_testing#Writing_features.
