Testing Instructions:
1. Add a question to the question bank.
2. Use it in a quiz.
3. Re-visit the question bank and delete the question.
4. Click on the 'restore' icon next to the question and ensure the question becomes 'unhidden'.

You will get the following error "'Class 'core_question_bank' not found".
