Enrolled users page does not sort by last course access

      1. Open enrolled users page
      2. make sure you can sort by last course access and other sortable fields
      3. filter users by enrolment method
      4. sort by last course access again
      5. open "Other users" page (under Course administration > Users), this will show users who are not enrolled but can access course, like managers
      6. make sure it is also sortable by all user identity fields and last access (here "last access" is last access to the site, not to the course)

    Description

      I discovered while looking at MDL-49742. There are several bugs that prevent users list on the "Enrolled users" page to be sortable by the last access. It looks like it was an intention originally.
