Description

I think the issue described in https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-34375 is one that affects the reliable behaviour of the My Home dashboard on the currently supported 2.7 and 2.8 series, not simply the 2.9 master version.

Having recently shifted from a much older Moodle to the 2.8 , I found this unexpected fault really annoying, a true regression.
