Some Web Services miss checks for guest and deleted users

      1. Enable the Mobile service in the Moodle site (Plugins / Web Services / Mobile)
      2. Using the latest version of Moodle Mobile access to your Moodle site (it will require an IP address in your same network) using a teacher account and:
      • Visit one course participants list and view the grades of random users
      • View the course notes for those users too
      • Go to the messages users and open your contact list

      All should work fine (without errors)

      When requesting data for a user, it should be checked if the userid belongs to an existing userid and if the user is not guest, this can lead to unexpected results
