    Description

When changing the value of course format, the page reloads. The users are then forced to scroll down the page and sometimes ignore/miss the warning that can be displayed (Single activity format). The suggested functionality is that if the page NEEDS to reload we use an anchor to cause the page to automatically scroll to the course format section on page reload. The other option is to display all of the options and have them be disabled or enabled based on the selection of course format.
