"Allocate marker" select lists should be ordered alphabetically by name

Create an assignment in a course with multiple teachers. Configure assignment with marking workflow and allocation options enabled. As a student, submit to the assignment. As a teacher again, view the assignment grading page and enable quick grading. Make sure the list of markers in the 'Markers' select list is ordered alphabetically by lastname, then firstname. Make sure the list of markers in the 'Marker filter' select list below the grading table is also ordered alphabetically by lastname, then firstname. Select student for batch operations and choose to 'Set allocated marker'. On the batch marker allocation page, make sure the 'Allocated marker' select list is also ordered alphabetically by lastname, then firstname.
