To do on a course page :

1. Use a course where there are two or more blocks in the same column
2. Hide the block
3. Hide the first block
4. Try to display the first block

Expected result
You should be able to access the blocks editing menu and unhide the block.

Actual result
The option to show the first hidden block is not available as it is underneath the second hidden block.
