Create an assignment in a course that has at least one student.

Configure assignment with 'Use marking workflow' and 'Use marking allocation' set to 'Yes'.

Click on the assignment.

Click on 'View/grade all submissions'.

Select a user then set 'With selected' to 'Set marking workflow state' and click 'Go'.

Confirm there is the page title 'Assignment'.

Go back and select a user then set 'With selected' to 'Set allocated marker' and click 'Go'.

Confirm there is the page title 'Assignment'.

MDL-49933 "Allocate marker" select lists should be ordered alphabetically by name
