Cannot restrict access to file by a profile field using country name

      • Add a file in Moodle 2.9beta+ (Build: 20150421)
      • Restrict file to 'User profile field' is equal to 'country.' (don't hide)
      • Add a country of a student
      • save
      • log out
      • log in as student registered with the country mentioned above
      • go to the course with the restricted access to the file
      • student can see the file, but cannot open it
