Found while testing MDLQA-7902

Same issue as reported for MDL-49948 except True false questions are impacted.

If you import the blackboard / Examview file attached to MDLQA-7902 into a blank lesson and then view the "42 is the Absolute Answer to everything." question you will find that the answers imported with that question, but cannot be viewed or edited after importing. The answers are displayed on the view page, but not on the edit page.
