MDL-50055 introduced a new 'I select "foo" from the "bar" singleselect' step to handle wrapping of the JS component in a single location.
This means that we should be able to seek, find, and destroy a number of uses of singleselect which are doing this manually and, hopefully, reduce the number of tests requiring JS unnecessarily.

This issue is to find all of those remaining uses.
