Gradebook export does not respect aggregate only non-empty grades for percentage and letter

      1. Create a course with one enrolled student
      2. Make sure the main course category is set to aggregate only non-empty items
      3. Create two grade items, "A" and "B" in the course, each out of the default 100 points
      4. For the student, give them a grade of 100 in item A, leave B empty
      5. Export to text, enabling "Course total", as well as percentage and letter export.
      6. In the resulting export, under course total, the user should have 100% (A)

      Export including letter and percentage
      Percentage will show 50%, letter F
