Restore of quiz_results block might generate notices

      As stated in MDL-50047, restoring a quiz_results block with a quiz that does not exist any more might lead to incorrect restored data and notices. I have not tested myself but it looks like it'd be the case by looking at the code.

      The patch in MDL-50047 should help figuring out how to fix this issue.
