Nav tree performance

      We are building sections of the nav tree that are not shown (display=false) on every page, just in case the current page is one of the non-visible pages and the breadcrumb needs the nodes in the nav tree to build itself properly.

      We can improve performance (a lot) by only building this section of the nav tree if we are on one of these pages. Exactly how needs to be determined.
