This is a collection of issues detected while performing the last runs of the 2.9 testing release matrix. Adding information as they happen (numbered for reference).

MacOS X / postgres / Chrome (5 failures):

• A1. Student identities are revealed after releasing the grades.

• A2. Student identities are revealed before releasing the grades.

• A3. Mark a student as complete using the completion report
  (random)

• A4. Submit a PDF file as a student in a team and annotate the PDF as a teacher
  (close hidden under the browser bar ?)

• A5. Submit a PDF file as a student and annotate the PDF as a teacher
  (close hidden under the browser bar ?)

MacOS X / postgres / Firefox (3 failures):

• B1 (same than A1). Student identities are revealed after releasing the grades.
  (2 “grade” elements, another one “hidden” in the user menu ?)

• B2 (same than A2). Student identities are revealed before releasing the grades.
  (2 “grade” elements, another one “hidden” in the user menu ?)

• B3. Teachers reviewing can see all the qestions attempted in a slot
  (random)

MacOS X / mariadb / Chrome (3 failures):

• Same than A1, A2 and A4.
