Inconsistent position of 'Common settings' link

I notice that the new 'Common settings' link for activities is above 'Manage activities' in the site admin tree in the administration block, whereas other common settings links (Common filter settings, Common portfolio settings, Common repository settings etc) are all below the 'Manage ...' link.

For consistency, could the 'Common settings' link for activities be put below 'Manage activities' and maybe renamed 'Common activity settings'?
