      1. Create an invalid zip file. (E.g. rename any old .txt file to .zip.)
      2. Go to a course's question bank, select import
      3. Import the invalid zip file, with the webct option checked.
      4. Verify that no folders are present in tempdir/webct_import/

      Description

      There is a typo in /question/format/webct/format.php that prevents the import from tidying up the temporary directory if the script fails to import the zip file.
