      Testing instructions:

      1) Enroll three Students in course
      2) Create a manual grade item and give 50.00 grade to all Students
      3) Ensure that average grades are visible under gradebook settings.
      4) Suspend a Student
      5) Log in as one of the enrolled Students
      6) View gradebook

      Expect:

      Average should be correctly calculated and displayed to the Student

      Similar to MDL-48572, but for the Student's view.

      Fix includes a Behat test, which will help resolve MDL-49457.
