Atto Table "Insert row after" has inconsistent action

      Create 3 tables in Atto, using each type of headers (column, row, both).
      In various places in each table, use the "Insert row after" feature.
      Ensure that the row is added AFTER the current row

      Create 3 tables in Atto, using each type of headers (column, row, both). In various places in each table, use the "Insert row after" feature. Ensure that the row is added AFTER the current row

      When editing a table in Atto, the option is available to "Insert row after". When using this feature on the first row, a row is added between the first and second rows. When this feature is used on the second row, a row is added between the first and second rows. This is an inconsistency. When this feature is used on the 10th row, a row is added between the 5th and 6th row.
