Login as admin and assign a user course creator role

Login as that user and make sure you don't see "Restore course option" under site administration.

Go to a category management page such http://localhost/stable_master/course/management.php?categoryid=1 and make sure in navigation there is no "Restore link" under category management.

An inconsistency appears on the display of the administration block for the role course creotor.

The course creator can see the "Site Administration" menu with the features:

As category management and restoration from a course category.

After checking the definition of roles "during Head", his role has not yet no authorization:

The use of these permissions is respected, users see the functionality but can not use it. Example "Restoration" with error
