'Grade to pass' setting under RSS on glossary and database edit activity pages

      1. Create database and glossary activities without ratings, make sure "grade to pass" field was displayed in the add module forum
      2. Edit both of them and make sure both "grade category" and "grade to pass" fields disappear, as well as the whole "Grade" section
      3. While editing set the rating type
      4. Edit again and make sure "grade to pass" and "grade category" fields are displayed under "Grade" section
      5. Enable outcomes ($CFG->enableoutcomes)
      6. add outcomes to those activities
      7. Edit again and make sure "grade to pass" and "grade category" fields are displayed under "Grade" section
      8. go to the gradebook and put outcomes in one grade category and normal items with ratings - to another grade category
      9. return to the module editing form and make sure the "grade to pass" is displayed but "grade category" is not

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Enable RSS feeds in advanced features
      2. Enable RSS feeds for database and glossary activities
      3. Go into a course and add a new database activity and a new glossary activity

      Surprisingly, for both activities, the 'Grade to pass' setting can be found in the section 'RSS'.
