      Description

In the Book resource, when you add pages the font-size is different depending on whether you use numbering vs other options (i.e. the numbered version makes the ToC quite normal size, whereas the other options (bullet, none, numbered) is quite small (0.8em)).

Also, in Bullet format no bullets appear for Chapters so it looks just like None / Indented. I guess it might be intended to only appear for Sub Chapters but then I would expect the same for the "Numbered" layout.

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Create a new book resource and set Chapter formatting to Numbering.
      2. Add Chapters and sub chapters
      3. Turn editing off
      4. View the Book resource and check the Table of Contents Chapters and Sub Chapters

      Result:
The text of the Chapters / Sub chapters is not the same font-size as for the other formatting options.
