Invalid RSS feed links when on front page logged out

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Enable RSS in your site settings globally and in the Database, Glossary and Forum global settings
      2. Add a database activity to the front page of your site, enable rss on the activity (set 'Entries in the RSS feed' to 3)
      3. Add some items to the database
      4. Add a glossary activity to the front page of your site, enable rss on the activity
      5. Add some items to the glossary
      6. Add the latest news block to front page
      7. add a front page news item
      8. Edit settings of front page news forum and ensure rss feed is enabled
      9. Log out
      10. Visit the front page database
      11. Visit the link in the navigation 'RSS feed for this activity' - ensure you can view the feed and don't get a permissions error
      12. Repeat above for the glossary and news forum too

      2. Add a database activity to the front page of your site, enable rss on the activity (set 'Entries in the RSS feed' to 3)
      3. Add some items to the database
      4. Log out
      5. Visit the front page database
      6. Visit the link in the navigation 'RSS feed for this activity'

      Expected results:
      Can view the rss feed, or the link to the RSS feed is not visible.

      Actual results:
      Error message in feed 'Your RSS link does not contain a valid authentication token.' (note there is a token in the url)
