Improve question bank "questions per page" string behaviour

      1. Import the attached Moodle XML file into your question bank. This should give you 1001 questions
      2. View the category with with the 1001 questions
      3. Confirm you are on 20 per page mode (if not, click "Show 20 per page" at the bottom)
      4. At the bottom of the page confirm it says "Show 1000 per page"
      5. Click "Show 1000 per page"
      6. You should now have a page with 1000 questions and a second page with 1 question
      7. At the bottom of the page confirm it says "Show 20 per page"
      8. Click "Show 20 per page"
      9. Delete a question
      10. At the bottom of the page confirm it says "Show all 1000"
      11. Delete a question
      12. At the bottom of the page confirm it says "Show all 999"

      In a question bank with more that 1000 questions, it will say "Show all 1058", but it really sets it to 1000 per page.
