    Description

      When the html5 player is the default and Quicktime is used as a fallback, some versions of Firefox (34 and 39+ ) are creating and autoplaying hidden duplicate video elements.

      This is causing users to immediately hear the hidden video's audio stream but have no control over it or any way to switch it off.
