      1. Go to a course with a page (copy the whole lorem ipsum text block a few times) and a glossary, with filter glossary enabled
      2. Add an autolinked glossary entry 'ipsum'
      3. Go to the page with many lorem pisum and click 2 autolinked ipsum words without closing the previous one
      4. You should see them overlapping each other, but you can still see that there is more than one
      5. Close them both
      6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page
      7. Click on another autolinked 'ipsum'
      8. You should be able to see it without having to scroll to the position where the previous popups were opened

It would appear that when you click a glossary entry for the first time in a lesson or page the popup appears ok but the next time you click an entry the popup appears at the same position as the last popup, so if you have scrolled up or down the page (or resized your window) in the meantime the entry may not be on screen until you scroll back to where the first popup had appeared in order to find it.
