During the usability study, participants were asked to change the section name.
Attempting to edit a topic name led to confusion and frustration. "I want to edit the title of this section, by clicking on it."
The section name should be editable in a way that is consistent with activities and resources on the same page.
- Make that click-able with a pencil icon.
- Move the position of the cog to the right-hand side, and replace cog with ""Edit"" text. (Although, is there anything else to go into that menu except the edit? Perhaps some of the controls to the right can also be put into this edit menu.)
If you hold over the icon, it says "Edit summary" and clicking this leads to a page titled "Summary of XXX", but there is also the potential to edit the title and restrict access, so instead of "Edit Summary" it should probably be "Edit settings" to be consistent with activities and resources.
If the section name is removed, it should automatically revert to the default name.
The presence of the word "Section" should be generally checked.
This was a significant blocker for 2/6 participants and a lesser impediment for 2/6 more.
