Enable tags. Create some site level tags. Add a blog post and checkout the tags form element.

Test other place that use tags such as user interests (edit profile) and course tags (edit course)

Edit blog post or user profile, make sure the tags list can be edited

Test related tags:

Go to "Appearence -> Manage tags"

Add some tags if they don't exist

Edit the tag, set related tags

Edit again, change related tags

Make sure the related tags are displayed properly on the tag view page

Try setting the tag as related to itself, make sure nothing dramatic happens
