Create a file picker specifically for photos

During the usability study, participants had trouble uploading a photo of themselves. The control used for uploading a photo is generic and lacks terminology and functionality for photos.

In the user profile, group image, course summary image and other areas, a specific control for uploading photos should be used. The control could include functionality that allows users to add, modify and delete photos.
