Add title to page when adding blog post

      1. Go to Profile ► Blog entries
      2. Click on "Add a new entry"
      3. Check the heading right above the entry form:
        There should be a title saying "Blogs: Add new entry"
      4. Input text into the "Entry title" and "Blog entry body" fields then click on the "Save changes" button.
      5. Back on the "Blog entries" page, click "Edit" on the previously created blog entry.
      6. Check the heading right above the entry form:
        There should be a title saying "Blogs: Edit a blog entry"
      7. Click "Cancel" or "Save changes"
      8. Back on the "Blog entries" page, click the "Delete" link on one of the entries.
      9. Check the heading right above the entry:
        There should be a title saying "Blogs: Delete entry"

      Others:

      1. Test on base theme and RTL languages. Make sure the title is properly rendered above the entry form.

      There is no title on the page when adding a new blog post. It is not clear that you are in the right (or wrong) spot.

      During the usability study, a user attempted to send a message using the blog page.
