      Test 1
      1. Log in as a user (user1).
      2. Send a message to another user (user2).
      3. As user1 delete this message.
      4. Log in as user2 and delete the message.
      5. Check the site logs and confirm there are two events and that the descriptions are different (as one user deleted a message they sent and another they received).

      1. Run the unit tests in message/tests/events_test.php.

    Description

      After MDL-29801 was introduced we now have the ability to delete messages - it would be beneficial to have a message_deleted event for when this happens.
