No way to change password when using "log in as"

    Description

      Even if the user has the capability to change their own password, there is no link available for the user to do so. The edit profile page does not show the password field.

      In the previous versions, the Administration block in the "My Homepage" had a "Change password" link under "Edit Profile Settings". However, the Dashboard does not have it.
