Cannot manually comment on an un-graded quiz question since MDL-51090

      1. Create a quiz containing two essay qeustions, one marked out of 5, and one marked out of 0.
      2. Attempt the quiz as a two different Students.
      3. As teacher, go to the quiz, and review Student 1's attempt.
      4. Use the "Make comment or override mark" link to comment on, and grade if relevant both questions.
      5. Go to Quiz adminstration -> Results -> Manual grading, and use the interface to comment/grade Student 2's attempt at both questions.

      The additional validation included in 2.8.8 per MDL-51090 broke the use of the manual grading by student plugin to grade essay questions with comments only (i.e. no numeric marks are required).

      This was enabled by setting the max mark for the question to 0.00 when adding the question to a quiz.

      After 2.8.8, it is no longer possible to grade such questions, as a null mark is not being allowed. No error message is given as the box for a numeric mark is not being displayed in the first place.
