Redundant course reports display at the end of the course administration block

      Hide
      1. Log in as admin
      2. Create a course and view it
      3. View the course administration nav tree on the left and expand the reports node
      4. Confirm that the items under reports aren't duplicated again at the end of the course administration section
      5. Enable event monitoring (Site administration > Reports > Event Monitoring Rules)
      6. View the course again
      7. Confirm that "Event monitoring rules" now exists under Course administration > Reports
      8. Confirm that is isn't duplicated in the Course administration nav tree

      Description

      It seems a regression was introduced at some point, and current development (master) branch have redundant coarse reports display at the end of the course administration block (same as the ones under the sub menu - Reports)
