Refinements to section menu

    • Testing Instructions:
      Hide
      1. Go into a course and turn editing on
      2. Make sure next to the sections you see a "Edit" menu
      3. Confirm that you can use the edit menu
      4. Change the course to topic format
      5. With editing on, click the Edit menu next to a topic, and make sure the order is Edit, Highlight, Hide, Delete

      Description

      Various suggestions were made on https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=320445 and MDL-48947 such as:

      • Fixing front page topic section
      • Changing the title of the menu
      • Making the ordering consistent with activities menu
      • Editing section name in place

      We need to evaluate these requests and do those which must be done before release
