This is a screen that will expose the information contained in the user_competency and all the related models. At this stage it will:

• Display the competency information (framework, description, ...)
• Display the name of related competencies (no linking at this stage)
• The user plans in which the competency was added and their statuses (if any)
• Whether or not the user is proficient, and the grade they obtained
• The courses in which they are enrolled offering this competency (finding courses will come later) Not yet, we need to decide how "competency triggers" register themselves in the system
• The list of evidence attached to that user_competency
• Whether or not the competency viewed is an archive of a plan (user_competency vs. user_competency_plan)

At a later stage this page will be a base for the communication between the learner and the competency approver, as well as the page where evidence can be seen and linked to a competency. It will be the base user_competency_summary template which will be re-used for user_competency_plan, review screen, user's view of its own competencies, ...
