Testing Instructions:
1. Visit 'Site administration' > 'Plugins' > 'Authentication' > 'Manage authentication'.

3. Confirm the ':' is after 'Authentication' and not on a new line.

The colon after 'Authentication' is not in the label, so appears on a new line - discovered this while working on ~~MDL-51523~~.
