PDF annotation reduces visual quality of contents

      1. Use the pdf sample attached as the student submission.
      2. Login as an admin and create a course.
      3. Enrol students to the course.
      4. Create an assignment for the created course.
      5. Under Submission types, mark File submissions as checked.
      6. Click Save and display
      7. Login as a student and submit the attached sample scanned PDF file for the assignment.
      8. Submit the assignment.
      9. Login as an admin/teacher and go to the assignment.
      10. Grade the student that submitted the assignment.
      11. On the assignment grading page, click on "Launch PDF editor..."
      12. Compare the displayed PDF on the Annotate PDF window with the original.
        Confirm that visual quality of the contents in the Annotate PDF window is very close to the original and that there are minimal, if not nonexistent, signs of quality reduction.

      Optional:

      1. Perform the above steps on stables and confirm that the patched version has better quality than the one displayed on the stables.

      When opening certain pdf documents in the pdf annotator, the quality of the pdf degrades to a point where it can be difficult to read and grade.
