Autocomplete field should (visually) scroll down when using the keyboard.

      1. Go to Admin > apperance > Manage tags
      2. Add 3 different official tags
      3. Go to your profile, click blog entries
      4. Add a blog post and test the tags field on this page
      5. Open the suggestions list and use the keyboard to scroll down the list.
      6. Verify that it behaves as expected (regression test)
      7. Admin > apperance > Manage tags
      8. Add 30 different official tags
      9. Go to your profile, click blog entries
      10. Add a blog post and test the tags field on this page
      11. Open the suggestions list and use the keyboard to scroll down the list.
      12. Verify the selected item is always visible.

      When using the keyboard to navigate the autocomplete fields (select boxes) the highlighted element will move down with the down key and keep going past the visual range of the box. If you use the mouse you can scroll down to what you have selected.
