Selenium 2.48.2 has been released and it was observed that behat is failing badly with 2.48.x

FYI: It passes on 2.47.x

caused a regression

MDL-52685 doctrine/cache 1.6.x requires PHP 5.5, breaks composer on Moodle 2.9/PHP 5.4

will help resolve
