Atto borderstyles setting confusion

      The admin setting has a description 'Allowed border styles, separated by commas' yet it is not a comma-separated list? Please can the description lang string (borderstyles_desc) be removed, and also borderstyles_desc and allowwidth_desc, since they don't add any information and are simply repeating the setting name.

      The setting supposedly has default of 'Initial, Unset, None, Hidden, Dotted, Dashed, Solid, Double, Groove, Ridge, Inset, Outset' yet on http://qa.moodle.net/ the default is 'None, Hidden...'.

      When left as default, a user sees the setting as 'Inherit'. What does this mean?
