Testing Instructions:
1. Run behat parallel run with 4 runs and make sure you don't see any fail with Site admin navigation step.

On slow machines or parallel run, expanding site admin navigation fails sometimes. Reason being the site admin is not expanded in 6 sec time out.

It will be helpful if wait time be EXTENDED_TIMEOUT
