Behat step to open site navigation randomly fails on slow systems or parallel runs.

      On slow machines or parallel run, expanding site admin navigation fails sometimes. Reason being the site admin is not expanded in 6 sec time out.

      It will be helpful if wait time be EXTENDED_TIMEOUT
