Update recaptcha setting help and documentation

      1. Login as admin
        Navigate to Site administration ► Plugins ► Authentication ► Manage authentication
      2. Ensure the string make sense for "recaptchaprivatekey"
      3. Ensure the string make sense for "recaptchapublickey"
      4. Ensure the string make sense for "configrecaptchapublickey"
      5. Ensure the string make sense for "configrecaptchaprivatekey"
      6. Ensure Google reCAPTCHA link is working and it gets redirected to https://www.google.com/recaptcha
      7. Go to https://www.google.com/recaptcha
      8. Add the details to your site (you don't need to have your site publically available, just use the normal address you use
      9. Copy the site key to site key and secret key to secret key
      10. Enable the email based self registration authentication plugin
      11. Set self registration to email-based self registration
      12. Go to email-based self registration settings
      13. Set "Enable reCAPTCHA element" to "yes"
      14. Log out or open an incognito/in private window in your browser.
      15. Check that recaptcha displays, and you can successfully register

      Google has updated the names of the keys on the recaptcha site, so it would be good for us to update our help and documentation at least, if not the actual names of the settings as well.
